You are invited to join Bozeman Deaconess Hospital’s dynamic volunteer program. Opportunities are available day and evening, seven days a week. Volunteers are asked to make a minimum of 2-4 hour commitment each week. Benefits include a free meal for each shift and participation in hospital and Volunteer Services events.
Volunteer Opportunities

Emergency Department Guest Relations: The mission of the Guest Relations service is to provide comfort and non-medical services for patients and their visitors in Emergency Services.

Escort: The primary job of the Escort is the transportation of patients, paperwork and equipment between departments within the hospital, and also delivery of mail and flowers to patient rooms.

Gift Shop: Gift Shop volunteers assist customers as they shop for gifts, flowers, candy and other merchandise at the Gift Shop at Bozeman Deaconess.

Information Desk: Make a lasting impression for those who enter Bozeman Deaconess Hospital by greeting, providing help and delivering flowers.

Perioperative Services (formerly Day Surgery) Waiting Rooms: Give support to families and serve as a liaison between families, surgical staff and physicians.

Maternal-Newborn Department Assistant: Become an integral part of the Maternal-Newborn departmental operations by helping with a variety of duties.

Cancer Center Guest Relations: You can make a difference by providing comfort to cancer patients and family in the waiting and infusion area.

Special Projects: Help with special projects, various activities and events as the need arises.
