TITLE DESCRIPTION
ActNOW! Information Sheet ActNOW! is a comprehensive 16 week program offering weekly lifestyle classes and a follow-up program to help you maintain your success. The follow-up program meets once a month for 6 months. The program is based on the National Diabetes Prevention Program Protocol to help prevent diabetes.

Eat, Live, Play!
If you are struggling with how to adopt a healthier lifestyle, youre not alone. The Eat, Live, Play! program is designed to help families and children learn new skills that foster a lifetime of healthy habits. The YMCA and Bozeman Deaconess Health Services are pleased to offer a new program geared towards helping children and their families learn healthy habits for a lifetime and combat childhood obesity.
KidsNow-smart kids eat healthy Bozeman Deaconess Nutrition Specialists is offering a new program to teach parents valuable strategies to help their overweight children eat well, get active and achieve a healthy weight safely.
LiveNOW! Information Sheet Participants will have access to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital Nutrition Specialists to help them lose the weight they have wanted to shed for years.

Mammogram Project Application
It's the goal of the Greater Gallatin United Way/Bozeman Deaconess Mammogram Project to make this lifesaving detection procedure available to all women. Funding is available for screening mammograms for women without insurance or under insured. In order to qualify, women must meet the following criteria:
  • Low income
  • No health plan coverage or a health plan with prohibitively high co-pays for mammography
