Bozeman, MT 59715 406-522-1644It is our goal to make this lifesaving detection procedure available to all women. Funding is available for screening mammograms for women under-insured or without insurance. Every year, nearly 40,000 women in the United States die from breast cancer, according to the American Cancer Society. Breast cancer afflicts women in all socioeconomic levels of society, but often, it is those without adequate health plan coverage and/or income who aren’t diagnosed until it is too late.
The Greater Gallatin United Way/Bozeman Deaconess Mammogram Project gives women an opportunity to receive a free or low-cost mammogram at Bozeman Deaconess Health Services.
The process begins with an application. All information on the application is kept private. Contact the Health Information Center for more information on this life-saving program today.
