The Health Care Provider course is designed to provide health care professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. This is an introduction to the compression/ventilation rate and ratio for a patient who has an advanced airway in place. Following successful completion of this course, participants will receive a two-year certification.
Requires registration. The cost for this class is $75.
Use of American Heart Association materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.

Cancellations can be made up until 5 working days prior to the course will be eligible for a full refund of course fees minus the cost of the materials. If a student fails to attend a course they are enrolled in without giving proper notice they will not be eligible for a refund. If the student has an emergent situation arise that prevents them from attending the course they should notify Bozeman Deaconess Education Department at 414-5018 as soon as possible. The student may be eligible for a refund of the course fee if the situation is deemed to have been a true emergency.
