Hospice of Southwest MT Medical Director Kathryn Borgenicht, is board certified in hospice and palliative medicine, geriatrics and internal medicine. The hospice team—with nearly 300 years direct hospice experience—includes hospice and palliative certified RN’s, a nurse practitioner, social workers, certified hospice aids, chaplains, volunteers and a competent and friendly support staff. Monforton looks forward to continuing to provide the best hospice care available in the Gallatin Valley and surrounding areas.
